This is a vigorous climber, best grown on a very sunny wall (in glenarm it grows just down from the espallier pear trees).
The colourful leaves are the reason you choose an Actinidia - the flowers are small and not worth chatting about, and these colourful leaves come with age...so 4/5 years after you plant them they start to come of age.
Ideal for a large wall or to grow through a big tree, definitely not one for the small garden or for a pot, you'll need open ground and a large wall for this lady to shine
