I'm delighted to announce that I'll be taking part in a guided Bluebell walk of Prehen Ancient Woodland this coming Sunday the 11th of May. We're kicking off from 2pm at the Everglades Hotel in Derry City.
The tour will be led by George McLoughlin from the Prehen Historical Society, who'll be regaling us with tales from the woods history.
The tour is free, and is suitable for kids and folks of all ages. As the tour is of an ancient woodland the paths are trails can be muddy so appropriate footwear is essential.
