I'm delighted to announce that there will be another Public Bluebell Walk in the fabulous Baronscourt Estate again this year. This has been brought about by the success of and the interested generated by last years walk (see here).
The Bluebells of BaronsCourt are just stunning, and occupy many hundreds of acres of historic woodland. Our walk will talk in the area around Lake Catherine (the largest of the 3 lakes in the Estate) and is approx 3 miles in length. We will also see the King Oaks, the Woodland Garden and the working woodlands, the game woodlands and more
There is countless photo opportunities as you can see from previous posts on BaronsCourt Estate here, so bring a fully charged camera!
The walk is suitable for buggies etc, the paths are muddy in patches but well maintained.
The Cost for the walk is £10 (kids free) and you can secure a place by contacting me by email here, and let me know how many people are in your group, or by leaving a comment below.
Date 25th May time 1pm at Gatelodge (Facebook event link here). Timewise it's a tricky call, last year we were just wrapping up after 3 hours...as there is so many picture opps....so allow time.
