Few climbers thrive as much as Climbing hydrangea on a cold or north facing wall. This can be seen in such beauty on the wall opposite the YMCA in Drumahoe, this wall catches the eye in summer when its covered in the white flowers.
Climbing hydrangea is a self-clinging climber, so no support is needed, it will stick and slimb up most surfaces with ease. Its slow to establish, but when established will grow quickly and growth of 5' a year is the normal.
