After much consideration I'm pleased to announce that during the summer recess I'm available for on-site Garden Consulations.
It's been a question I've been asked a lot "Will you come and have a look at my garden", "perhaps you could call out and have a look"...something I love doing but have never had the time to do it.
But I'm putting aside the Month of August in my diary for Garden Consultations, so now's a great opportunity to maybe get your garden evaluated, get a few ideas, get some technical horticultural answers - such as "how do I prune my apple tree", "how do I cut back this wisteria", "what hedge is best for this area","what plants would give me privacy here" etc etc
What a Garden Consultation would cover:
I'd meet you in your garden, do a garden walk-through, answering questions as we go, and then I take a load of pics and do up a wee report which is then emailed through to you - with all the ins and outs we discussed covered.
Now the bread and the butter of cost.....this service is done on an hourly rate, with varying factors including, travel time and size of garden and indeed whats required of me. But if you worked on a figure of £150 you wouldn't be too far off, if its going to be more than this I can advise at the initial consultation, and indeed if its small courtyard in town and its quick 10 mins we might even just shoot the breeze for ten mins, have some tea and the only thing that would change hands is some biscuits...
