On the day Ian will be showcasing how to use your kitchen garden produce to make the most amazing of dishes and ideas on howe to store and preserve your kitchen garden produce.
Ian is the Head Chef and owner of the award winning Browns Restaurant in Derry/Londonderry. Ian loves to cook with fresh local grown produce and kitchen garden produce is something thats close to his heart.
also on the day Gareth Austin from BBC Radio Foyle will be on hand to give some advice on what to be planting now in the garden for winter/spring harvests
Thsi event is Free to all, so why not come for a wee dander to Campsie and be inspired by a man at the top of his craft.
