Blueberries are mostly trouble free and require very little work, pruning is not required for the first few years, but then be quite hard in your pruning and remove any spindly or weak branches during winter months.
To ensure a good crop plant at least 2 different varieties of Blueberry, this will ensure bigger and better fruits in the plants. These fruits appear over a prolonged period, just like strawberries so you'll be out picking every few days as different berries in the plant ripen, In my own garden we have 3 plants in ground and 2 in pots. I love Blueberries in pots, they provide great interest from Spring to Winter, white flowers, fruits and then amazing Autumn Colour, and even in the Winter the bare stems have an interesting green colour which looks cool.
Apart from the mulching the only other feeding I give mines is Comfrey every few weeks once they come into flower
