If you'd like to take part in a guided mushroom forage then please leave a comment below and once I have 10-13 people we'll get another date and time together, next venue will be Ards friary.....On the tour you will, hopefully, be able to identify and harvest edible wild mushrooms, learn abotu their growing habits, learn about how to harvest and conserve stocks, and at the end of it you will be much more confident in your identification of and harvesting of edible wild mushrooms....
