Kitchen Garden Advice & Al Fresco Cook Up featuring Gareth Austin and Darren Iddon
Castle Street will be transformed into an open green space with beautiful planters and flowers and on hand will be BBC Radio Foyle gardening whizz Gareth Austin giving advice in the kitchen garden, from sowing, harvesting and what's in season now and how to grow your own herbs and vegetables. Accompanying Gareth will be Derry/Londonderry's Queens Quay Social Restaurant chef Darren Iddon who will be demonstrating an al-fresco cook-up using seasonal produce and giving some inspiration on what to do with kitchen left overs.
