The last Sunday in the month is Steam Sunday at Oakfield Park in Raphoe, so the Austin clan set off with Picnic in backpack to explore the amazing 100 acres around OakField Park...and get a wee go on Thomas the steam train!!

as you can see OakField Park in Raphoe has an awful lot to offer, whether your interest is in Wildlife, Walking, Architecture, Steam Trains, Biodiversity or Gardening OakField Park offers a great day out for the family...we spent a fierce enjoyable 6 hours there with the kids, taking advantage of the numerous seating areas located throughout the gardens...and the kids had a ball!
