the front of the 18th century house
it was cold....it was foggy....but those who braved the weather got a real treat, the warmth of the welcome we recieved from mr and mrs Mulholland was only the start of the day...such amazing hosts...warm drinks and biscuits on arrival then a lovely talk on the history of the house, the family, the area and then off to the grounds we went, first the forest, then the coachhouses, then the gardens and then a fantastic cookery demo using local seasonal ingredients by the talented Emmett McCourt...these pictures wil hoepfully give you a flavour of the day...and if you missed it...you defo want to come in the summer for our return summer stroll...
